Bayside Flames teams 2003-2018 - Development and Enhancement of coaches so that players advance their potential at all ages He is an expert at developing and implementing training programs that help players improve their skills and develop their team spirit. He built a method of play within the Flames teams: possession-oriented, attacking and skillful soccer.
Achievements at Auburndale /Bayside flames teams as a coach:
Led three teams Bayside Aston Villa, Bayside Premier and Bayside AV Junior to 4 undefeated seasons in Long Island Soccer League . Champion of the 2010 New York State Cup, securing a spot in the Regional tournament for the first time in the club's history. 3 times NY State Cup Runners up, 4 times Semi-finals.* 6 times Disney tournament champion , Disney showcase, Disney international tournaments and many more tournament championships.

- Via Reggio Cup in Italy 2010 and 2012.making it out of the group.
- 2015 Gothia Cup- Sweden( Youth World Cup- 73 Nations ,1755 Teams) beating teams from England, Spain , Denmark making it out of the group
- 2015 Dana Cup in Denmark making it out of the group at U15 and U16 to highlight the level of play.
- Best of all, 90 percent of these boys went to college. 70 percent of them went on to play college soccer including Division one schools St John, Wake forest, Adelphi ,Duke university ,Queens College, etc * 4 playing professional football.

Carlea Lindgren - Coach
Carlea Lindgren is an experienced soccer trainer who has been coaching and training athletes since high school. She is dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment where players can develop their skills and grow as individuals. Carlea holds a National E License and has a strong background in competitive play, having been part of a club team that won multiple college showcase tournaments and became the 2008 State Cup Champions.
In addition to coaching, Carlea continues to play in the WMSO soccer league with her team, the Bandits. Currently, she is coaching a successful 2009 girls' team, guiding them to continuous improvement both individually and as a cohesive unit. Carlea is passionate about fostering teamwork, discipline, and personal growth in every player she works with.

- Member of the United States Futsal National Team (2005–2009).
- Inducted into the South Jersey Soccer Hall of Fame in 2009, alongside his father, John Maher, a distinguished high school and youth soccer coach.
- NCAA First Team All-American and two-time Great Lakes Conference Player of the Year at Mercyhurst University.
- Inducted into the Mercyhurst University Athletic Hall of Fame and still holds the university’s single-season record for goals scored.
- Founder of Philly Futsal and former National Sporting Director of the United States Futsal Federation.
Quinn Washington - Coach
Quinn Washington started playing at 7yr old in Burlington Township Rec league. She eventually tried out for South Jersey Select. Unfortunately she didn't make the team but she was recognized by Mr. Joe Dadura who coached for Medford Strikers. Fun fact...Quinn also played with Carli Lloyd while playing for Medford Strikers. We won two State Championships and placed third in Regionals. Quinn also played for Burlington Twp High school where she ended her career there with a record 109 goals and the South Jersey Championship. After high-school Quinn attended and played for Villanova university. While attending Villanova Quinn started coaching at the schools summer camps. That experience allowed her to coach for many club teams and High School programs over the past 20+ years. Her passion and joy is coaching children as young as 2-4 to help them establish their love for soccer.
